I was on a freeway near UC Berkeley with a friend driving towards the Bay Area when this song popped from "the wave" smooth jazz station.

The song stuck in my mind and for years I was clueless as to who sang it and what title or album was it on. Until 6 years after when I was listening in a jazz station in Reno, NV. Luckily, the jock mentioned about the details of the song! Internet was still in its infancy then Google wasn't even a word then.

Then I moved to Los Angeles. After some years of ukay ukay with all the garage sales around the hood, the CD album came to fore.

In honor of the song, I made a crude simple video for the song.

I always get goose bumps every time I see this picture. I'm not sure if I'm going to crack a good laugh or cry for how times freaking flies! I miss those days. Looking this picture makes me want to remember how I felt at that time. How life was with my parents, classmates and everything around me.

Behind us is our school church which is still around - Espiritu Santo Church. the building is very much the same, though they made some alterations/additions which to me defaces the structure.
